It depends on the size of the room, how well it's insulated and how many outside walls and windows it has. Our free radiator size calculator works out the heat output you need in under a minute. Then pick a radiator whose output matches or beats that figure.

Both measure heat output. 1 watt is about 3.41 BTU, so a 1,000 W radiator gives out roughly 3,412 BTU per hour. Our product pages show both.

Yes, but heat pumps run at lower water temperatures, so you'll usually need a larger radiator to get the same warmth. Our size calculator has a heat pump option that allows for this. Your heat pump installer can confirm the exact outputs needed.

Most radiators are sold without valves, so you can choose a style and finish to match. Check the "What's included" section on each product page. You'll find valves in our Valves & Accessories range.

Some Reina ranges can be made in custom RAL colours. Email us with the radiator and colour you'd like. Please note that custom colours and made-to-order items can't be returned unless faulty.

Delivery is free across the UK on every radiator and towel rail. Valves and accessories are free when ordered with a radiator, or £6 when ordered on their own.

Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days. If a size is out of stock, the product page will say so and you can email us for an expected delivery date before you order.

Radiators are large and heavy, so the courier may need to call you to arrange delivery. We only use your number for your order.

Please let us know as soon as possible at hello@heatincoolin.co.uk, with photos if you can. Damaged or faulty items are put right at no cost to you.

Yes. You can change your mind within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We arrange collection by courier, and a collection charge is deducted from your refund. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

Reina radiators come with a 5-year guarantee. Register your guarantee after delivery so we have your details on file.

We don't offer an installation service. We recommend using a qualified heating engineer for central heating radiators and towel rails, and a qualified electrician for electric models.

If you're confident with plumbing, you can, but a poorly fitted radiator can leak or underperform. If in doubt, use a qualified heating engineer.

Yes. All prices on our website include VAT at 20%.
