Delivery & Returns
Delivery: Free UK delivery on radiators and towel rails, usually within 1–3 working days. Valves and accessories are free with a radiator, or £6 delivery when ordered on their own. Radiators come by two-person courier (usually DPD), who will call or text you to arrange delivery, so please give a mobile number you'll answer.
Returns: Change your mind within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We arrange collection by courier, and a collection charge is deducted from your refund: £42 for the first radiator, £6 for each additional radiator and £12 for valves and accessories. Custom RAL colours and made-to-order items can’t be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or faulty items are put right at no cost to you. Read our full delivery and returns policy.
